This exceptional pinot noir offers appealing red and black fruits on the nose, is fresh and light on the palate with soft tannins, producing a well-balanced, light to medium bodied wine, with a good length on the finish.
The Skalli family were the pioneers of the single varietal wines being grown in the South of France. Their vineyards are based around the Languedoc, between Avignon and the Pyrénées.
This wine is a real ‘all-rounder’ and balanced enough to drink on its own, but has enough structure to compliment many dishes – pork, poultry, game and even cheese. A lovely summer drinking wine.
