We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Houses of Parliament Shop. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest postal service or designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
